DO YOU OFFER FREE CONSULTATION?

Absolutely! We understand the convenience of virtual communication and offer video meetings for our initial discussions with clients. IS THERE ANY EXTRA FEE FOR YOUR TRAVEL EXPENSES?

During the initial consultation, I typically conduct video consultations rather than traveling to meet clients in person. However, in cases where it becomes necessary to travel, I may apply additional charges. These charges will vary depending on factors such as the season, the destination, the distance from Athens, and logistical considerations. For destination photography, our pricing includes the costs of travel and accommodation, which are factored into the final price. Rest assured, I take into account various factors to ensure transparency and fairness in our pricing structure.

HOW CAN I BOOK YOUR SERVICES?

At our business, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we have reached an agreement on the project details, we require a non-refundable and non-transferable retainer agreement. This agreement ensures that the dates for the photography/videography services are secured for both parties. Following the retainer agreement, we proceed to sign a contract that outlines all the specific details, including dates and prices. By formalizing the contract, we ensure clarity and a mutual understanding of the agreed-upon terms. Once the client accepts the offer, we forward the contract to clients email address for signature.

WHICH ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

To confirm and secure the photography/videography services, the full payment is required on the date of the event. The initial retainer amount is applied towards the final balance. We offer flexible payment options, including POS, PayPal, Revolut, Tag payment, cash and also direct money deposits into our company's bank account. We strive to make the payment process convenient for our clients, ensuring a seamless and secure transaction experience.


IS THERE A CANCELATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICY?

Refunds can only be issued if we are able to secure a new booking for the same date or an alternative date. In such cases, we are committed to working closely with our clients to find a suitable solution. Our aim is to ensure fairness and maximize availability for all parties involved. Please note that refunds are subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined in our contract. We prioritize open communication and flexibility to accommodate unforeseen circumstances while maintaining our commitment to delivering exceptional photography/videography services.

HOW MUCH IS AN AVERAGE SERVICE COVERAGE?

The duration of our photography/videography coverage can vary depending on the specific project and location. Typically, we offer half-day, full-day, or multi-day coverage options. However, we understand that each assignment is unique, and we are flexible in accommodating different time requirements. For extended hours beyond our standard coverage, there may be additional charges. Conversely, we are also open to taking on assignments that require fewer hours of work. Our aim is to tailor our services to suit your specific needs and deliver outstanding results.

CAN WE DOWNLOAD THE FILES?

Upon signing the contract, you will receive a password that grants you access to download the edited files. This added layer of security ensures that only authorized individuals can retrieve the files. We prioritize the protection of your valuable content and take measures to safeguard your data throughout the process. With the provided password, you can conveniently and securely access the edited files, granting you control and peace of mind.




WHEN WILL WE GET OUR FILES?

Our standard turnaround time for delivering files is typically within 4-8 weeks. However, please note that this timeframe may vary depending on factors such as the time of year and the studio's workload. While our contract states an 8-week delivery time, it is important to mention that we have consistently completed projects well before that deadline. We strive to provide efficient and timely services to our clients, ensuring that you receive your finalized files promptly. Rest assured, we prioritize delivering high-quality results within a reasonable timeframe.
